01. Order Processing & Handling
At SportsKit, we are dedicated to delivering top-tier premium replica football jerseys. To ensure the highest quality, every order undergoes a rigorous inspection. Our standard processing and handling time is 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak holiday seasons or major sporting events, processing times may be slightly extended due to high volume. We appreciate your patience as we meticulously prepare your stitched fan gear.

03. Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link. This allows you to monitor the journey of your affordable football fan jerseys directly to your doorstep.
Please note that it may take 48-72 hours for the carrier's system to update the initial tracking status. Do not panic if the tracking shows "Information Unavailable" immediately after dispatch.
04. Split Shipments (Multiple Packages)
To get your gear to you as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple items—such as a mix of modern fits and vintage football replica jerseys—may be dispatched from different warehouse locations. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers, and items may arrive on different days. You will not be charged any extra shipping fees for split shipments.
05. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient information, or failure to collect the package from a local depot, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
06. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For the majority of our standard shipments to the US and Europe, additional import duties are rarely applied. However, as the importer of record, you are responsible for any local customs fees, import duties, or taxes mandated by your specific country's regulations upon arrival. SportsKit cannot predict or cover these potential charges.
07. Lost or Stolen Packages
While we use reliable shipping partners, package theft is a growing reality. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, SportsKit is no longer liable for the parcel. If you suspect your package was stolen from your porch or mailbox, please contact your local postal service or law enforcement.
