Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your items meet the following criteria:
- Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be in their original, pristine condition. Apparel that shows signs of wear, sweat, or has been washed will not be accepted.
- Original Tags Attached: All original sizing tags, brand labels, and packaging must be fully intact and attached to the garment.
- Standard Items Only: Customized or personalized football jerseys (e.g., custom name/number prints) are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Order Cancellation
Changed your mind? We accept order cancellations for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping phase during our 2-5 day processing window. Once a tracking number has been generated and the package has left our facility, the order cannot be canceled and must be processed as a standard return upon delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Support: Email our dedicated team at jerseyhelp@outlook.com. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Authorization: Within 1-2 business days, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the closest warehouse return address. Do not send packages back to the original sender address without authorization.
- Ship Your Gear: Safely pack your premium fan apparel. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Hassle-Free Alternatives & Resolutions
Because we operate globally, international return shipping can sometimes be costly. To save you time and money, if you encounter minor sizing issues or slight discrepancies with your pro football gear, our support team may offer flexible alternatives. This can include issuing a partial refund or providing generous store credit, allowing you to keep or gift the item without the hassle of shipping it back.
Damaged or Defective Gear
We implement a strict quality check. However, if your vintage football replica jersey or game day apparel arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right immediately.
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the defect. We will gladly arrange an expedited replacement or a full refund at absolutely no additional shipping cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. We proudly charge no restocking fees on standard returns.
Refund Processing & Payment Methods
Once your returned package is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
For your security, refunds can only be issued back to the original method of payment. We strictly process refunds through our secure gateways, supporting American Express, JCB, Mastercard, and VISA. Please allow 3-7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
